Business clients only

Ayo's services are offered to businesses and professionals acting for their business, not to consumers as defined in art. 3 of the Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005). Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted online.

Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a signed proposal, which sets the scope, the fee, the timing and the terms for cancellation. If anything on this site differs from a signed proposal, the proposal applies.

Content and ownership

The text, the Ayo name and logo, the textures and the icons on this site belong to AYO Consulting. You may quote short passages with a link back. Images from past work belong to their owners and appear only with their permission.

Accuracy and liability

The site describes services and how they are delivered. It is general information, not advice for your situation. AYO Consulting is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of that information alone, or for interruptions or errors of the site, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code).

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cremona (Tribunale di Cremona).
